From creative arts to community outings and more, each session is designed to be engaging, enriching, and full of fun—while strengthening community connections. Let’s make this Fall/Winter a season to remember!

Looking for a fun, accessible, and flexible summer camp experience? Shadow Lake is proud to offer new options for campers attending with your own support staff!

Whether you’re planning a full week away or just a day of outdoor fun, we have something for everyone!

🌞 Day Camp | $125/day – Perfect for campers who prefer to spend the day at camp and return home in the evening. Enjoy a full schedule of activities, from swimming and canoeing to arts and games.

🌙 Overnight Camp | $2,250/week– A classic week-long camp experience filled with adventure, campfires, friendships, and themed nights. Includes seven days of programming, meals, and lodging.

🏕️Short Stay | $375/day– Not ready for a full week? Try a Short Stay and enjoy all the fun of camp at your own pace. Great for new campers or families easing into the overnight experience.

(All plans include meals, activities and accommodations for camper and their support staff)

We’re excited to invite people supported to our upcoming Mindfulness Group.

🧘‍♀️ What’s it all about?
Join us every Monday from June 9 to July 28, 2025 (11:00 AM – 12:30 PM) for a relaxing and supportive group session at 20 Spadina Rd, Room 2.

Together, we’ll explore calming and grounding activities like:

• Mindful movement
• Breathing and listening exercises
• Emotional expression and connection
• Strategies for staying focused and present

✨ Who can join?
This group is for people who:

• Can participate in group settings with minimal support
• Can communicate basic needs and feelings
• Have or can give informed consent
• Are in ministry funded programs

If needed, participants may attend with a support person. Please note: 1:1 support is not provided by facilitators.
