Shadow Lake Summer Camp

Year Round Camp at Shadow Lake

Embrace a new dimension of the great outdoors with Shadow Lake Centre Year-Round program from September to April. Unlike the typical summer camp, our program extends the magic of camping into the heartier seasons of fall, winter, and spring. From the rustling of crisp autumn leaves to the serenity of snow-covered landscapes, each program serves as a unique getaway, offering a distinct backdrop for creating memories that last a lifetime.

Registrations are NOW OPEN with new themed programs from September/2024 to April/2025!

Which type of camp experience are you looking for?
We are now offering a 1-day camp, a weekend camp and a 5-day camp!

Lawson Update October 2024

We are pleased to share an important update regarding the relocation of the Lawson Children’s Respite Program to a new interim site at McMillan in Scarborough. This move allows us to continue providing high-quality support and services to children and youth as we transition from the Lawson site, which is scheduled for redevelopment and revitalization in the coming years. Creative Village Studio Summer Update

We recently shared an important update with you about our lease agreement at Creative Village Studio (CVS). While the current CVS location at 4895 Dundas Street West in Etobicoke has served us very well over the years, it became clear that we’ve outgrown the space. After careful consideration we decided not to renew our lease and Community Living Toronto will officially exit the current CVS location on June 30, 2024.

This does not mean that CVS arts programming is ending.

Community Chats: Podcast Officially Launched

Welcome to “Community Chats,” bringing you stories and insights from the heart of Community Living Toronto. From frontline champions, advocates, and volunteers to the people we support, their families and friends, together we explore the different experiences, celebrate success stories, share memorable moments, discuss pressing challenges and new developments in the sector.

New Episodes will be available on 15th and 30th of each month on Buzzsprout, Spotify, and YouTube. Also, available on Apple Podcasts and Audible soon.

“Wheel-Trans offers a free Travel Training program for all Wheel-Trans customers who are required to take conventional transit. The program offers an in-person session with our travel trainer who will help you navigate your trip using the TTC’s accessible buses, streetcars and/or subways.”
