Join us on June 4th and June 11th from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm to explore how fun activities can make us feel better. On June 4th, we’ll learn how doing things we enjoy can help us cope in every day life. Then on June 11th, we’ll figure out what activities make us happy and create a plan to do them more often. Come learn with us!
